SOME OF WHAT I DO, IN BRIEF
Never a dull day as they say…
A selection of my recent work across training, writing and ADHD advocacy.

TRAINING
NEURODIVERGENCE IN THE WORKPLACE
I put together a brief pack for GP surgery practice managers and presented it at their conference in September 2026. The first part of my talk was about changes in the commissioning landscape of the NHS in Nottinghamshire and the latter part was aimed at helping to raise awareness of ADHD in the workplace. This will likely become a subject that I can expand on and do targeted work in workplaces to help employers to spot and support team members with neurodivergent needs.

WRITING
BRITISH SPEEDWAY 2030
I have been commissioned (well, I asked) by Speedway Star magazine to write a four article piece on the future of the sport of motorcycle speedway in Britain. The intention is to deep dive into the current state of British Speedway at a time when all looks superficially rosy with a new British world champion in Robert Lambert and with the recent ITV4 showing of the British final attracting up to 500k viewers. This was the first screening of speedway on terrestrial television for around 40 years, the days of World of Sport and Dickie Davies! The issue is the domestic sport with low crowds, insecurity over venues and a sparcity of riders.

CampaignS
Hyperfocused Healthy Habits
This is a new project (3H for short) aimed initially at people with ADHD combining a habit tracker with data that can be lifted from smart devices or manually. Within the lifestyle tracker, there is a way to personalise it, add targets e.g. weight, VO2 Max, sleep etc and also a journal option to summarise thoughts and feelings each day. With ADHD being mentally exhausting for many it also keeps an eye on stress levels, mood and emotional overwhelm. All trends not instructions.
Websites (live)
Hyperfocused ADHD Support

ADHD support aimed to help those pre and post assessment. Living well after diagnosis too for those diagnosed late (over age 12).
The Hyperfocused Shop

Wellbeing and reducing stigma is the aim here and helping people to express themselves through clothing and accessories. Great green credentials from the manufacturer too.
Not Just ADHD

You can get lost in being someone with ADHD and if not careful you can let it define you and allow others to put you into a box. Let’s celebrate what we can do as ADHDers and help eachother to thrive.
Websites (dormant)
Talking Wheels Speedway Pod

With links to interviews on video and audio with some top people in the sport including riders, promoters and journalists.
Talking Balls Snooker Pod

Only someone with ADHD starts by playing online snooker in COVID, joins an online league, sets his own up then sets out to interview world champions and legendary figures in the sport!
Speedy6 Challenge League

Online speedway management simulation (Sportingdreams.com) and this was a league idea I set up to use lower-averaged riders more to develop.
Have a project/assignment in mind?
Let’s discuss how we can make it a reality.
